From initial concept to first prototype, we provide the design and fabrication support needed to bring your idea to life.
How It Works
1. Submit your project
Describe your idea, its intended use, and any requirements you already know. in the form At the bottom of this page.
2. We review the details
We evaluate the design work, material needs, print time, and overall project requirements.
3. Receive a custom estimate
You will receive an estimate outlining the project scope, expected cost, and next steps.
4. Design and prototype
Once the estimate is approved, we begin the CAD design and fabricate the first prototype.
What We Offer
We are able to offer CAD modeling/Design, and 3D printing for either prototyping or final parts.

We create accurate 3D models for custom parts, prototypes, assemblies, and product concepts. Designs are developed with fit, function, manufacturability, and the intended application in mind. Technical Drawings will also be developed for final revisions.

We recreate existing parts from measurements, reference photos, or physical samples. This service is ideal for replacing discontinued components, improving existing designs, or creating digital models for future production. The client should send in a broken part for reproduction to acheive the best results.

We produce functional prototypes, replacement parts, and finished components using a range of materials(PLA, PETG, PC, PC-CF, PP, PA-CF, PPS-CF, etc.). Each part is prepared with attention to strength, accuracy, surface quality, and real-world use. Currently only offering FDM Printing.

For more complex projects, we provide design and fabrication support from initial concept through prototyping and refinement. This can include multi-part assemblies, product development, custom automotive components, and small-batch production.
